beginner crochet - get creative

Working crochet left-handed is just as easy as working it right-handed. Still all this could be useless if your basic knowledge of embroidery and stitching techniques is incomplete.

If a series of stitches doesn't making sense by following the written instructions, often the symbols can clarify what is actually meant. If for some reason there is not an abbreviation key then feel free to use any one of the crochet how-to manuals that you have on hand to help you understand the abbreviations. Bring the slip-knot to where the hooked yarn goes through the slip-knot and back onto the hook.

Having these books on hand will also walk you through the stitches if you are still in the learning stages. For a beginner, you will want to stay away from using the fuzzy and fur yarns. Crochet is an ideal craft to do when you re travelling.

Crochet pattern e-books are great value and very convenient. You can create many great and useful items for wearing and making your home warm.
